It’s pathetic for them to drag it out and make everyone wait 3 weeks to see if they have a job, I’m sure production and morale will be incredibly high!!

Our call was the same way with bridge issues. ACE West, but we were told on our call 8%. The volunteers have until 01/31, then in mid February they would notify those that will be selected (volunteers and involuntary). They said on the call they would use performance, skills, leadership, and training as factors. Gonna be a rough few weeks ahead of us.
I know on our call they had so many people in the “impacted” org that they couldn’t fit anymore on the bridge and had to hold a second call, we where told 11%, an e-mail questioner would go out today (I never saw anything come out though) everyone had to fill out on of they would potentially volunteer and that would close early next week, after that they figure out how many they are screwing and cutting lose and notifying mid February.
SMH, people that don’t understand obviously have never been thru this before. Everyone in the impacted org is notified, meaning your group is in the ‘at risk’ category. This is your [30] day warning. Then, in February the actual individuals that will be let go (forced out) will be notified. A percent of the original group that was warned today.
“I'm a bit confused with original post... Where those affected notified today OR are they being notified in Feb?“
Folks were notified today that they are on the list from which those being laid off will be chosen, they are semi finalist. The final “winners” will be notified mid-Feb. So nice of them to let you lose sleep for 3 weeks awaiting results. At least we’re warned not to buy that F150 quite yet.

Well, it is worth noting that during various year end town halls it was mentioned many times the surplus was going to be in the x% range (I recall 8%+), but subject to change based on how many left in their own in 4Q2022.
Well, the 3Q2022 financial statement states there were 169,880 employees (that would be end of Sep). As of 1/11 we had about 157,476 employees. My math shows we lost just shy of 8%.
Today I am reading folks being told they are looking for 8% in some groups, 10% in others. Just like was mentioned before, the comment about adjusting the number based on how many left on their own (in 2022) seems to have been BS.
ew, I skeeeerd!
@ybi+1kQqPrn8 Enough with the stupid Ghost quote... before I send Wi---e Lopez over to put a cap in your a-s.
Molly, you in trouble girl!
OP means Force Reduction
Thanks for posting. This helps everyone better understand what’s going on with layoffs.
It’s a very stressful time for everyone right now. Best of luck to everyone.
Forced by who? the white house? the fed? are they running the company now?
Was EVERYONE on your call affected or being surplused?
Welcome to Biden’s America lol
@fub+1kQqPrn8 - do you need the number to the EAP line? You seem to have some seriously uncalled for anger issues going on there bud.
No sh-t she announced it, but didn’t say who exactly! This call was Coffey telling the specific folks in the impacted group you d-mb f**k!
If I knew who you were I’d beat the f**k out of you as I go out.
That sucks, thanks for posting, this is what this site is for not bull sh*t hypotheticals or complaining.
JenRobertson announced this late last year. Where have you been?
