Normally BOFA announces bonus for employee during January. Did any body hear about annual bonus?

Had mine today. Little less than last year but I was prepared for that. It is a little disappointing to see we had such a great year but "we're concerned for this year". I thought bonuses were tied to performance. So if 2023 is tough, will I hear "Well this year was tough but better times are coming, here's more"?
Salary/bonus calls tarting today.
If it is good they announce it early, if it's bad they wait as long as possible
