Att layoff Severence Package?

What is the AT&T severance package? Verizon has very generous package ( 2 weeks for every year up like 27 week.

5-5 & $5k enhanced severance offer that’s on the table is quite generous IMHO.

It caps at 6 months salary for non bargained. Severance Policies are on HR One Stop.

The amount of severance you get depends on what contract you are in if you are union(BellSouth, Ameritech, Pac Bell, Legacy T, Mobility, SBC), but I don’t know what non-represented get. From what everyone says here it’s two weeks notice and up to 6 months severance likely depending on how long you have been with the company.

Key word is “generous”. Remember, T is a company that has made very poor financial decisions over the last decade. Nothing we get; pay, benefits and severance will be equal to or greater than Verizon.
