If you get an email and you are the only person in the email, that means you are laid-off
If your group is included in the email invite then you are safe. The person who is not included in the group email is the one laid-off
People just from experience that went through it. Rest assured if you get the Early invites it's to tell you that you've been surplussed. Unfortunately, it's not good new when you get early invite meeting all of a sudden not good. Keep you faith that's all we got.

How did it happen with you? Did they send out invites? Did some get an early morning invite and told they were being surplused and the later invite for those that were safe? Just trying to get a feel for what’s going down.
@vuy+1kPTE1dI --Sorry to hear keep your faith it's hard. I was laid off early this month not easy to take but life continues I suppose and some opportunity will come through in due time.
A couple in my group received an early AM invite and the rest of us got the 11am invite.
Did anyone get a early AM call? Most I’ve seen are 11-12CT half hour increments. Thought I heard some say they had a 15 minute call?

12 ET / 11am CT and my email said the same thing
ours was 12-12:30 ET. heard that they where announcing how many they where looking at and take volunteers for 1 week and then announce who would be involuntarily cut. Of course who knows. I know some who have calls at 12:30-1 as well.

What did the email say? a lot of us got one but did not say who it was with, just to “Discuss 1st qtr plans about work volumes, reduce cost and target efficiencies”
I just received a “attendance required” email with HR and my org’s VP. Looks like it’s my turn.
ALL craft in Business Field Services are without question, SAFE from any reduction in head count! T will definitely not be replacing the field techs with outsourced business partners due to the demand in services.

From previous post next one 2/13 and off payroll by 2/28. This dates make sense to me sine I was let go earlier this month. Keep your head up and save for rainy days. That’s all we can do.
The layoffs will continue until everyone is laid off and replaced with contractors

I know that ACE is being affected. No clue on any other details other than that. Like everyone else, everything is a rumor until they get a notification. I can only imagine that notifications will go out sometime this week.
