Anyone else happy we’re getting rid of Acosta?? Maybe now books will get worked and returns done. FINALLY the company is doing something!

Acosta did more than books… our rec office can’t the the only one with a stack of boxes labeled for Acosta with gift cards, marketing material, etc… never touched for months but Anderson reps never showed up before when we used them to set up stuff… 🤣 would be cost saving to just hire someone to do this stuff over a 3rd party
Our Acosta girl only sucks when you help them out. I don't know why, but we got a new one every couple of months. Most of them a nice!
Books have always been a complete waste of time and money. Just have a rack of magazines. The reps would come in and pull 1 cart of returns and leave. We always stocked the books ourselves. Too much work for too less of a return
Anderson did suck. They could NEVER keep up and books/magazines just piled up.
Finally, but why not get rid of all books. It's all a waste of time receiving, stocking then only to return most of it anyway. Please get rid of them completely.
Anderson use to do magazines and they sucked. So now they are taking over books? This company never learns. Get rid of books. 95% of the books they send never even make it out of the box anyway.

You know they go with the lowest bidder so don’t expect it to be better 😉
Acosta was a complete fail. And I don’t feel Anderson will be any better. Any outside independent company will not have the same dedication to your club or product ever. They don’t have any reason too. They don’t work for you.
My Acosta rep was really good at stocking and pulling returns, but I do hope they get rid of books now that they’re getting rid of magazines.
I’m hoping books are next to go ! Most of them don’t sell and it is a huge waste of space
