After reporting a very bad bully New

After reporting a very bad bully to HR, employee was given shorter project deadlines. However employee still succeeded with meet at yr end review. But, employee received an "Action Plan" too for not manage time good per management. Employee had worked long hours to meet the shortened deadlines. Is Action Plan the "Performance Action Plan" the PAP? HR and management only called it Action Plan and didn't not explain further what actually is.

ahhh...feel bad for you. PAP is negotiable, AP is not. Talk less, record everything, get a shrink/therapist, and medications, and go for STD if becomes too much.

The action plan is not in workday, it was sent separately without explanation what it is when year end review kicked in. It is called Action Plan Tool with due day in 40 days . Manager didn’t go over it with employee, neither HR at present.

Employee made no errors on every project delivered, no missing deadlines during the whole year and manager used to give employee very good mid year review but secretly changed it a few days after reporting the bully. Is Action Plan legal on meets meets with due day within two months?

Action Plan is in workday, rather it came in writing. The reason is the other employee can finish the similar technical job in shorter time. Employee was refused to given the time needed for complicated tasks, but still managed to meet the shorter deadlines by working extra hours.
