Isn't it great 3% raise, more money and bonus for lazy managers....dedicated capped out employees get zero and more work while managers try to push them out the door because the dedicated know more then them. My last day is next week to give them what they want. 👋

I would rather drink turpentine and pi$$ on a brushfire. Than give everyone the same raise.
@uqh:
You're never negative but always get screwed.
Fake news alert!!
Sam's Club definitely sucks, but get your story straight or you lose credibility.
That hurts us all.
I'm the exception on long term associates. I'm not negative and I'm probably one of the MOST adaptable people at my club. Yet I get lumped in with the "typical" sh---y long term associates. But I certainly don't get paid as well as they do. I'm so sick of these new great pay structures that I ALWAYS seem to get screwed on. Always.
Fresh managers get a 6% raise quit playin
I have 17 years and just submitted my 2 weeks. Haven't had a raise in 4 years. Done.
Why do fresh managers get screwed?
Capped associates get a raise too I heard
Yes and we're getting all new help and tons of forklift drivers and dedicated overnight backroom associates to unload trucks in 10 years when we are a 150 million dollar club. What a freakin joke. Why would they even tell us that.
How would you feel if you were expected to do more work with no pay increase?
Capped out associates are taking a stand. There is no initiative to adapt or take on more work. They’ve done that for decades. No increase = no more busting a-s for nothing.
Just because you've been here a long time and you are capped out doesn't mean your dedicated. Working in my 10th club, and the long term associates are always the worst.
Won't adapt to new ways, can't handle new work loads, cry over any changes, super negative like this sh---y post.
Fresh managers got screwed. Watch the mass quitting happen in February after bonuses
I just quit do after 19 years feels good.
