So what’s the point of each team having extra rms’s? The team I’m on now has 3 rms’s. What do these guys do besides being on a power trip? I have yet to see one come out and help the merchandisers.

So much wrong and ignorant posts on this site it's sometimes funny. The education level of most people posting here is very obvious.
The RMS used to stay busy trying to hire since the merchandising role is a revolving door! They (at least the ones we’ve had, also a revolving door), never trained. Never was in the field for that matter, but then again the DM isn’t either!
They would punish reps by giving them the worst merchandisers, ones that they know don’t rotate, are lazy and just pepper the shelf with product without looking for where it goes….this takes time to fix.
Let them (RMS, DM, HR, and BI) that this isn’t ok. If they have merchandisers with varying skill sets, spread them out instead of only using them on one person’s territory. Squeaky wheel gets the grease!
These RMS are lazy. You can't tell me it takes 40 hours a week to write schedules and do payroll. They sit on their couch getting paid to do nothing and yet they are squeezing the SRs for all we got. Talk about hypocrisy. They should start forcing the managers to throw cases.
The blind leading the blind...
They use the new hires to train the newest hires 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I find this so funny!!
