SF posted on its intranet the following about contracting with HCLTech.
"One of HCLTech's core focus is infrastructure and technical support, which enables efficiencies and service improvements that would otherwise be difficult to achieve with our current model." With this statement, senior managements at SF admit that they are incompetent. Should they be held accountable for not knowing how to achieve effective services?
"We have talented teams currently performing this work and our success in this effort hinges on carrying forward their skills and knowledge to HCLTech." With this statement, senior managements recognize that they fail to utilize the talented staffs to best benefit the company.
The two above statement clearly indicate senior managements at SF are incompetent. They do not know how to do their jobs. They all should be the first people to get layoff.
