How many millions of dollars did we pay for a consulting company to use Chat GPT to create a flow chart that limits career progression, eliminating entire disciplines? Is that because they will all be outsourced to India?
Keep d-mbing it down and diluting the skill set with these “integrated” roles just to keep giving people letters in areas they have no knowledge with the expectation of performance. Learn it on their own, no support from P66.
Spoken like a real specialist.
I cant even tell you if it is a joke or not because everyone i talk to is very confused about Job Architecture. The rollout has been so chaotic and nobody understands it the same way. Why have each employee personally review it with their supervisor, when their supervisor wasn't trained to know what it is all about? Can we have a company wide training on JA, what it means, and what is coming in the future? The differing opinions and rumors on all of it are exhausting.
