Value destruction.
That's what Xerox is best at now.

We make work, hard work
@OP we irif amazing people, backfill them with absolute zeros and tell people we are better off. I hate where we are at as an organization.
We make work, really seem like work, really
Since 2018, it feeds bloodsucking, corporate grifters.
A copier company, right? No one needs many hard copies anymore. Like Kleenex is a tissue company, but we still need them. Following me?
It spits out Zeroids
Its just a flesh wound.
Xerox helps people retire early.
@af+
Again, it sounds like A.I.
It turns people into delusional crybabies that think a publicly traded company owes them something personally.
@af+
Sounds like A.I. to me
It's a company of Rhetoric. Leader tells the public that it's a tech powerhouse while it doesn't have the money to pay for a software license. It's a top heavy club of folks who would never be trusted to run a real company and will never have that chance again, so it's about pumping things up with talk, taking loans that they'll never have to pay back, running the company into the ground, and getting all they can for themselves while they can. A crime is happening right in front of our eyes.
It loses 86% of stock value in 5 years and blames circumstance on “headwinds” versus egregious ineptitude?
This is laughable .. Xerox gives direction on innovation and growth while as a company Xerox slowly sinks/ disappears
away ..
Spews nonsensical word salad for the technologically illiterate...

A.I.
https://www.xerox.com/en-us/innovation/insights/printing-and-artificial-intelligence
Employee senior managers and leadership who have no idea and steer this ship at one iceberg after another
It lays off people who then obsess over the company for years to come since they have no life otherwise.
Destroy careers, come up with ideas that make sense to no one?
Investors sure don’t know … Stock in the tank …no confidence in this company
