Nothing more to add. It'll continue to get worse as long this is the case. We'll continue with cuts, 1% here and 2% there. If you look at what they are doing, we are destroying ourselves from inside. It's hubris, mismanagement, egos, lack of skills and common sense. Lack of emphaty and any concern for the employee.

@ek Not at all just a dog and pony show and new titles for those who opposed Tirade Tammy at corporate. Now Tirade Tammy is leaving after the mess she created and we're stuck with a CEO who left the failing product he was at in staffing
Engineering needs a new model. Our NPS score speaks to the poor strat plans that everyone knew would tank. Hugo needed to go, Linda and Ron need to go. The culture here is the worse. I am in therapy over company. Maybe I just need to go before this bus crashes into a wall
@10x I’m sure the “jobs” are to “show face”. I loved Kelly when it was good, but now, it’s slowly burning to the ground with pi-s poor leadership. Hopefully Chris sees through it and makes the change, if not, I’m sure Tammy and her cronies will eat him alive.
The "problem" is that Kelly is not repping any of the jobs out there. As the recently laid off can attest you will go through THOUSANDS of apps and maybe 2 will be represented or posted by Kelly... Nothing will change until they fix that.
@ek why get rid of the those in place who made a difference for P&I just to post the same positions with new titles. I'm sure some of those leaders who were fired would've accepted the title. But as we know those who didn't agree with Tammy and Chris and fought for the field at corporate are the ones who were let go.
@OP how do your comments compare to what looks like a strategy to now add multi-state Area Managers around the country. I saw several posted. Are these new roles a possible step in adding more regional level leadership to try and stabilize the company for P&I?
