So the sales team go out and win contracts. Contract gets given to a uni graduate fresh out of Uni as a Project Manager, who you wouldn’t trust to peel a potato to suddenly find there are no engineers available to carry out the work, as they’ve been laid off, so you end up with those engineers that are left carrying out work they are not qualified to do ie system engineers doing infrastructure work etc and having to travel uphill and down dale staying in hotels for weeks on end
more jobs to Chennai.. will take the slack
