I am thinking that Band 8 would be safe due to our low pay, would you agree?

@a4 Directors are band 6 ..
Sr Directors ( previously Directors before getting fake title upgrades) are Band 5
I’d be most worried as a band 8. Where I work, AI is rapidly taking over their tasks
Hate to say this, but no band is “safe”. There is no job security here.

Bands:
- Associates
- Band 9
- Band 8
- Band 7
- Band 6
- Band 5 (Director)
- Bands 4, 3, 2 and 1 (Senior management)

Band 8V starts around $40K and tops at $55K or so. Does not get lower.
