Warn by state has specific number requirement. Varies by state. Were all in I&O in the same state or split by like 40 or so in each state? Or all over the country/world?
Total layoff avoided WARN. 300 to 600 people impacted. Quarter focus was I&O. Network, ops, mainframe, scrum, project management, and server. Does Says survive? Cutting his org is great if he can avoid outages and not fall further behind on delivery. Be a real shame if he falls further behind. A real shame. A real, real shame.
