Imagine the psychic wear, the sheer cognitive load, grinding down the employee who believes their only safety is in payment of union dues. The cortisol alone probably shaves decades off a life well lived.

Union is safe, which means the rest of us should unionize.
Not at this point, there is a process. They must make an offering to see if people leave. If they do not get the headcount they need then they can layoff. An ISP must be offered first before they can layoff.
