I work in federal services and am wondering if anyone knows if the reopening of the government will restore a lot of the members we keep losing due to the shut down. It’s been awful hearing from members how this is impacting them and their family. Those have jobs aren’t getting paid and others are now losing their health coverage.

No it’s not phishing, there is an area of the business that focuses on federal employees. I assume you are a member-facing associate. I’m the same line of business and it has to be devastating for them and you if you are speaking with them and they are distressed - from not getting paid to constantly worrying if they will be let go on a random whim.
