Agile changes

Can someone please explain the agile changes and job titles changes being introduced? I am based out of the US so didn’t get any email on it. Are they getting rid of scrum masters and SLs?

The memo clearly said "there will be impacts to associates at all levels"

You can rock the boat without someone going overboard.

Just wished they were little bit honest about it

Sure. This was an email blast that went out to all of fidelity wealth so can’t speak for other business units. It said we are moving away from the agile model and we are retiring agile organizational construct and terminology including chapters, squads and scrum masters. All it said was we would begin title changes and reorganize teams to align people to a single backlog.

The confusion is coming from the fact that we were all given zero clarity and we all were stuck to read between the lines ourselves. If this means a rif, we all have no idea. Hope this helps!
