@bw all the Indians give high scores because they get treated the best, and now there are more Indian than American workers so it makes sense.

Exactly. I live in Austin and a local, but semi major paper came out with the "top 5 companies to work for in Austin" and Dell was one of them LOL. I did indeed laugh out loud at this because there is NO way they made the list.

Yeah... there is NO fkng way with the horrendous tell dell results. This came out AFTER the 5 day/week RTO policy went into place btw, and AFTER Tell Dell.

So let's see here...
They/Dell claimed they didn't see enforcing any type of RTO policy - yet they went full force with FIVE days/week; even though it was always 3 days/week...

Promotions have been non-existent for the last 6-7 years

Raises have been pretty pathetic

CONSTANT layoffs

The cafeterias are a literal joke these days - and conviniently MORE expensive than ever.

They took away the gym and onsite medical center

Travel has been "suspended" for the last 6-7 years for some weird reason - along with conferences.

I literally need a computer CHARGER and that "accessory" was denied LOL.

There is just zero possible way Dell was named anything close to being a "good" company to work for. At one point yes, it was. Now? I wouldn't recomend it to anybody.

@bb At ISG, we were told recently (Oct 2025) that our sNPS score is at 80-something %, a historical high. Not sure how they manipulated the data.
