Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I’ve been slowly checking out mentally

My manager keeps giving my ideas to someone else, ignores my requests, and subtly pushes me aside. I could stew about it, but I decided a good old "fu-k it” is better for my health. After years of hard work, I’m finally done letting this toxic nonsense eat me alive.

I did the same thing man but just got fired without severance last week. Former perennial top performer and highly paid. They are as vicious and toxic as they come. I’m gonna get my pound of flesh from them and can’t wait to get a new job at a much better company. Wells is trash now sadly.

Same here, but I play defense to make sure I get severance.

@OP, congratulations. Part of "quietly quitting" means developing your boundaries. Concentrate on you.

Not really, you can always do enough to not rate a corrective action, but still not give an S.

That'll make it easier to fire you without severance but you do you.
