I worked 16 hour shifts at Sears when Black Friday was still truly Black Friday many years go. It was actually fun and the time went by faster than I thought it would. The paycheck was great too.

Wàaaay back when, The Bon marche in the northwest was the first Federated Store in the company to have an 18 hour sale the week after Thanksgiving. Ask a Department Manager, we were expected to work the ENTIRE 18 hours,! Then set dale for the next day! Go cry somewhere else. You are in retail.

At least you get paid for your 10 hours. You can work 12 hours like salaried with no extra pay. You get paid. Its retail .
Yes, seriously. Be lucky you didn’t get a 13 hour shift. Those are awful.
