Our manager just raised our quota again, like we’ve got unlimited hours in the day. I’m pretty sure he thinks he’s boosting performance, but all he’s really doing is making it impossible to provide decent service. Can he even do that? I know for a fact this isn’t a company-wide change, and it’s not the first time he’s pulled this stunt.

More of the same at SF. Tell that manager to sit at a desk one day in its entirety and doing all the things associated with the job and look at the system the company has set up while the workers watch to see if it is doable. 99% of management cannot meet the goals and objectives they set but can sit back and micromanage the worker. Nothing has changed. Nothing but a bunch of sad excuses for life in leadership. Remember their motto: It's all about me and it's a business decision.
