Couldn’t wait for KD’s departure and halving the P&C org.

What a pathetic post, what has this got to do with layoffs. Thats the problem with BP we employ whining fools.

KD didn't look very well when she came on camera for the 3Q townhall.

There are no announcements via email or intranet yet. I suppose its just a wish (hopefully it will come through).

Are you saying she IS leaving the company? Or she SHOULD leaving the company?

Is she really the only one? I remember in 2015 a E level female describing BLs exploits when he worked in Houston after he became chief executive of upstream. When we wonder how folks like L “liar” S made it where she is and replaces anyone under her that won’t support her dishonesty and hide it from HR, you soon realize that this just is replicated everywhere across the company. There are a few good ones as VPs, but will likely be stuck because of their honesty and discipline and disappear in a few years. If you have enough EI to do my dirty work, you are appointed.

gosh - she should have been the first one to go.

I have never seen such a bad P&C department.
