Does anyone else laugh as hard as I do when SB calls J.E.G., Jag? Dude doesn't know how to pronounce a high ranking member of the EC nor does anyone on EC care to correct him.

@f3 not sure what results you look at but it’s the other way around. Remember the UK isn’t as big as the US so if you think the UK has such a big impact on results then you are being fed the same rubbish we get fed about the US
: @bt Well you set yourself up for this comment. If EMEA. leadership know how to do it correctly; why have you. not delivered in the last three years? EMEA shortfall in all aspects (Profit, Revenue) has been underwater. EMEA Leadership has been a significant contributor to impact of United States team’s performance cause you just don’t understand how business works in United States and your decisions hurt, really hurt.

He's from NYC, so no one can understand his accent. JEG is easier to understand with Google translate. can anyone explain why all of the leaders are now from EMEA? I had a major service issue and come to find out, the service leaders are now all in Europe. Seems like EMEA is a tiny Xerox market, and they never distinguished themselves with business results in any country but now all the leaders are in that region.
