Who hasn’t been disappointed in Mary-Lee’s performance? Anyone that thinks FTMO is doing real things while willing to get rid of core performers should not be a leader.

Mary-Lee’s org is RIFing 15%. 11/20 is announcement date and 12/20 is the offload date. The timing is terrible and some teams are more open while others are quiet. FinOps has been more hush about it but other teams are preparing their people. Another 5% might happen in January, depending on how things shake out. My boss is one of the decision makers and has the list of names for our org for HR.

I received the same email. This person is leaving to take another role closer to her home to avoid a long commute.
