These kind of lists are mostly pay to play. Who bought the most ad space.
The pay is not the issue. The ioe is the issue. Let them work 6 hours then finish up at home. I thought we had advanced societally to work life balance.
Turns out paying people 30% more than everyone else and giving them gobs of PTO isnt all that matters.
It isn’t a good place to work for anyone at the moment.
