"Safety" in this case refers to self deletion - don't self delete and check in on those you think aren't coping well. Reach out to family, friends, church and the many services if you find yourself thinking of self deleting.

@OP I thought what was an odd choice of words also . Why would our main priority during this time be “ to keep each other safe”? Like dude …… there’s about to be 1000 office people losing their jobs. You want us to have a safety meeting by the coffee pot before we go back to our cubicles ?
