I mean it’s looking pretty good right now. Of course subject to discretionary allocations and all.
@gc - reread what I wrote. I said they never gave below the estimate. So the funding should not be less than 125%.
Yes they have given below that. What do you think the past few years were?
Stop complaining.
MIP funding is 125% - 140%. In my 22 years at cvs they have never given below the estimate. Can you be happy with this for a change? Genuine question because there is nothing but glass is half empty here. Nothing is perfect, celebrate the wins.
@OP What was the email?
@c7 unfortunately we are never told what exactly our bonus or raise will be until March. Ever. We can be told percentage of bonus that will be doled out kind of, but that's it.
Dang, 3 kids- that is a heartless response. You’re implying if I need an answer to my basic question around financial security, I’m the id--t who didn’t plan ahead? You don’t know anything about my financial situation or my savings or planning abilities. Go be rude elsewhere.
I have 3 kids, 1 car payment,2 mortgages and credit card bills. 3 years ago i got tired of this. As a single mom i have enough stress.
Maybe i get laid off, maybe i get a bonus,maybe i keep my job maybe i dont get a bonus.
Doesn't matter i cant control this., so i focus on what i can.
Refocused on paying down my debts and built up my emergency fund.
Who cares if HR gives you many answers on a bonus.
If you need a bonus to survive you are doing it wrong.
I tried getting a straight answer from 3 different people involved with HR/layoffs, and they all pretty much gave me the runaround. Like, respectfully, to you fellow humans on the other end barely acknowledging me and telling me to ask a different human… I have children! And a mortgage! It would be nice to know before March if I’ll have a meaningful amount of extra money or not.
One pointed me to documentation and I’ve read multiple things and it’s still super unclear legal language.
Way to make me feel like Employee #2828467237 and not a real human
Not a d-mb question, if you were layed off this year you are eligible for bonus. It is in your packet.
Do people who get laid off qualify for the MPI? I feel d-mb asking that.
