It got downgraded three weeks ago too. XRX has had 3 different credit ratings from S&P over the last month.

Dropping out of the B's is actually really bad: the C's is a really bad neighborhood. The Bonds are now too junky for most of the junk bond funds. Also, the stock index funds (a lot of them) are prohibited to hold equities that are this junky. As for pensions and large endowments, they absolutely can't hold these as they are garbage. Sad...
