Security at Home Office

It appears as if security at Home Office is being more aggressive lately. We have been told to report anyone who we do not recognize on our floor immediately to firm security. We have also been told to not hold the door open for anyone after we have badged into the building and/or onto our floors. Is there a security concern at Home Office that anyone knows about that we may need to know about? Is the Home Office safe to work at?

@j4, she's not hiding from anyone. I just ran into her at the cafeteria without security. She looked hungry with no cares in the world.

Penny needs to address associates, both demoted and ISP'd before November 14, 2025 and explain this directly to their faces. Penny is in hiding because she knows she is stabbing people in the back. She is afraid of the people whose lives she has ruined. If Penny really thinks this is the right thing to do then she needs to stand in front of those people and explain it directly to their faces. Penny Pennington is an absolute fraud. There were many more qualified people to take over managing partner. But, the powers that be knew she was controllable and was of weak moral character and would do their bidding.

I think they are afraid of disgruntled ISP'd people coming to the office. I noticed it looked like Penny's partnership meeting yesterday was held in an undisclosed location. I think she is afraid to face the people she has demoted. She knows people despise her.

Are they suddenly afraid that people would be angry after all the bs that GPs/ELT put them through? Are they clutching their pearls?

@OP, I've seen security being tighter but no knowledge of any immediate threats or danger.

If there's a threat, I'm 100% positive one will hear a message from the ceiling on the next steps.

All the doors on the floors in the 130 building today were set to ‘green’ or ‘open’. And all regional leaders were there (which is where Penny broadcast from). Frankly, when I have personally raised security concerns, I’ve been laughed at. I don’t feel particularly safe. Just look at the guards who never move out of their seats.

Unceremoniously firing the familiar faces you've seen for years is a risk. Having a work force that was demoted en masse is a risk. Put the two together....and it creates an environment where it seems really easy to hold the door for the grudgeholder from across the hall
