Thread regarding HCSC (Health Care Service Corporation) layoffs

Another Blue Pulse coming?

I mean, at these point executives have not only become tone deaf but truly cynical. At least we know that these surveys are completely worthless. No matter the results, they will label them as "opportunities".

I believe the manager has to have 6 people under him or her to get access, otherwise it rolls up one level in the org chart to the next manager which will receive the results and comments. Yes they can easily tell who gave which rating for each question by basic guessing

The first thing management does is read the comments. The second thing they do is figure out who said what. The third thing they do is get even for negative comments.

Be sure to read the Welcome text. "Take care not to identify yourself in the comments. A limited number of people at HCSC will have access to your identifiable survey responses." So, all of HR and C-suite know exactly who made what comments....if they read them at all.

One of these days they’re gonna try to take the pulse and realize the company is dead.

If they call it Blue Pulse like this post indicates, I will report it as phishing. It's HCSC Pulse now.

The only measure on this survey that senior leadership actually cares about is how many people completed it. Boycott the survey.

Fly under the radar. Proud non participation since 2023 in surveys.

It's best to stay invisible. Do not respond to surveys. Do not volunteer for anything. Do not ask questions. Do not ever, ever, ever correct someone during a meeting.

You just might survive.

@bv - You do know our surveys are not completely anonymous. Specifically known are by HR and Upper Management. If you put in your true feelings on the survey, no matter how professional, that opens you up to be targeted.

So, if you do fill it out, you better be positive and praise upper management, or you could be targeted for removal.

@bv I have a bridge to sell you if you think they read those comments or care.

@bv If management gave a cr-p, they would change things for the better for employees. They only keep making things worse, contributing to poor morale and employee dissatisfaction.

@af this is the exact opposite of what you should do if you have complaints about the direction of the company. We’re told every comment is read by management, so take advantage of that and state your complaints in a professional manner inside the survey.

I wonder if the person I hear saying 'butt clowns' at work is the same person who says it here a lot. Because I have never heard any other human use that term.

I will no longer respond to pulse surveys. We’re being urged to find efficiencies and ways to cut out things that waste time. This is just one way I’m ‘‘leaning in’ to that initiative.

Please clap. Please be honest.

Please note we will not read a word of anything that is not over the top butt kissing and we shall interpret that as the serfs agree with us.

Please clap.

Signed- the Bozo Band of Butt clowns.
