Have heard of a crash in Pulse participation… anybody seen this?

funny how the union locals have been telling the membership to do the pulse survey in the past.to me that mean your in bed with the company.CWA is full of bull shitters,and alot of tech feel the same way
How much money and time was pi---d away on that non sense.
Not to mention how much we paid gallup...
What’s the point of an anonymous survey every 6 months when nothing changes? It’s the same cr-p every time.
Not surprised given how Sam gaslit us about the results of the last one.
Typically we get told from our VP on down that “oh 25% still hasn’t done Pulse…15%…2 of you”, but this time it was crickets.
And I know it was not that 100% submitted the pulse, because I never did

We've always been almost doxxed and shamed if we didn't do it, until now. Our group has been instructed not only is it not mandatory, it's not even going to be discussed. That whole thing has been sun lighted. The word "Pulse" is finito and has served it's usefulness.
