There were some posts about stacked rankings and PIP's. Is this going to be company-wide? Is there a target %?

I merely asked if the practice is company-wide and if there is a target %. Conceptually I might agree, however, how you define "underperformers" is subjective.

@OP the stacked rankings have been in place for years. I don’t remember the exact numbers but I think it’s somewhere between 2-5% of each department have to have rankings lower and/or higher than achieved (both ends). The use of PIPs to mange people out has been around for a while too but has definitely increased in the past few years.
