For those who work in Branch Banking, please share your truth when it comes to staffing and what you are seeing in the branches. These threads are monitored by WF as we all know so instead of using Loudspeaker and it goes nowhere, throw your frustrations/struggles/concerns out here. I will start-
Staffing, 2 or 3 people in the branches, helllloo MAJOR SECURITY CONCERN, pulling staff from other branches to help branches with little to no staff THUS making not one but now TWO branches short staffed, constantly rolling out alerts and updating procedures nonstop - how can we keep up!!!! Eliminating SVM positions so now the BM has to do all of the coaching PLUS operational tasks, & on top of that - TRYING to get your team engaged to help out and succeed but "hey, it's not my job" attitudes. "pay me more"
I don't want to leave WF, I have worked my a-s off for this company but I am just about at my whits end. I am young and can take my talents elsewhere for a company that actually CARES. If any managers out there have any advice on how to be an effective leader with all of the day to day operations constantly piling up - I AM ALL EARS.
End rant.
