Q is like swimming pool. There is an implicit honor system in a large company that people should behave professionally and with integrity and respect for each other. Instead, at Q, everyone, especially the shameful middle managers and VPs, just sh!t in the pool every chance they get. It's disgraceful. They'll do anything for a buck and job security.
