So if you are let go what's the package like at Conoco these days? I left many years back and moved to family business. So just curious if it's better than what it used to be.

Seems the same as the 2014-2016 era
I hear that packages with girth are better than long packages.
My conoco package is both long and wide
Now that depends on where you are working? From all accounts, Norwegian’s are entitled to the best packages.
