Return to office is a way to ensure people are occupying the same geographic location as the tenants that are renting from WF to drive business to the tenants abd therefore WF will continue to recieve the lease payments because the tenants customers are the employees occupying the buildings being leased. The more revenue a tenant generates the higher the lease goes so push employees into the office to organically increase tenant revenue.
