Another top secret "leadership" meeting this week

Spill if you hear any juicy information.
Layoffs, reorganization, realignment.
Maybe JRC is selling us...

I’d suggest those thinking of escaping to stay put. Thinking there’s so much better out there? Nope. Good luck finding something that will pay even close to the cr-ppy rate you’re getting now for the insane amount of work. The job market su-ks! You think you’re qualified for so much until you’re forced to look. Unless you’re a part timer who lives with their parents… stay. Do what you need to in order to keep your family fed and bills paid…wait it out for a company who will respect you (but most likely pay half of what you need to survive).

@3yx

This OTC response begs the question of them: "Don't you have anything better to do?"

One assumes the response comes from Ry-n P. because, seriously, what does that guy do?

It's waaaaaay too much like Trump rage-Tweeting at three in the morning.

Basically, look, OTC overlords: if you spent more time supporting your field teams and campuses, and less time monitoring legitimate complaints and fears here that only arise from your disinterest in, you know, the business, things would likely be better for everyone.

What a bunch of psycho babble direct from under the desk of EK! Of course the intent is to bolster those stil putting in long hours with little success. Shameful to use this platform for a pep rally and expect us to embrace the message. Shameful.

"This week, our leadership team came together for a powerful meeting about where we are, where we’re headed, and most importantly, how we get there together.

What stood out most was the strategy sessions, the insights, and the sense of connection in the room, the openness, the energy, and the shared belief that leadership today is about resilience and results.

We explored new ways to strengthen our strategy and align around what matters most: our people, our purpose, and the impact we create. There’s pride that comes from seeing how our team shows up with genuine commitment to move forward together.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating the space where others can bring their best ideas forward and build something stronger together.

Grateful for the people who continue to lead with heart, passion, and authenticity. The road ahead is full of opportunity, and walking it with this team makes all the difference."

Rumor has it everyone who went was instructed to take off their pants on Day One, despite HR's objections.

The only one who stay pantsed? S.Bone. Because tiny p--p--.

It is the annual post rush Fall retail leadership meeting where GVP, RM, Directors and select Managers from large stores are brought to IL for business updates, presentations by OTC support teams and senior leadership. Not a conspiracy.
