With this new system, and unattainable goals: how can a goal be set if management doesn’t allow you to meet it? It seems like a very complicated way of saying gotcha!

The company is hemorrhaging dollars. The new metrics allow them to save on raises on yearly reviews. Remember, we're suppose to be happy we still have jobs, especially if we're not related to India.
