With rumors of potential layoffs in December, what areas of the company do you think they’ll target or if there will be layoffs in general?

@OP No more RIFS this year. The plan is to continue to erode the “employee value proposition” until enough of you people quit without having to pay you any severance.

From what I have gathered. Analytics, Actuarial and areas that weren’t impacted during the last layoff will be on the chopping block next.
@OP I wonder if the open enrollment numbers will drive any potential layoffs in December. Would said layoffs be in an effort to get ahead of 4th quarter reporting.
