Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

@c1 Not buying it! The American people CAN make a difference if they reach out to their Government representatives and apply peaceful verbal “pressure” that we want a change. We want American US Citizen jobs to stop being handed over to NON-Americans and we also want increased regulations placed on Artificial Intelligence that not only protects our country from nefarious acts but also our country’s data and also protects against the displacement of millions of American US jobs.

You think congress will regulate AI ? Dream on , that will never happen.

The majority of Our elected officials are in for the power , money and vanity. They don’t consider themselves as public servants, they the servants of oligarchs.

Please consider writing your congressman asking for increased regulation on the 15 AI comatose listed in the post directly below this one.

Tell them that you are very concerned about the potentially danger that Artificial Intelligence can present to our National Security, our electrical infrastructure, our financial banking systems, our social media, our news media, our children’s safety, and yes even our healthcare and PHI data protection.

All of these AI companies need to be heavily regulated by the FCC Federal Communications Commission), FTC (Federal Trade Commission), and really needs something similar to the EU AI Act they created in Britain.

Yes, it might slow down innovation, which may allow competing countries to whatever in the world the end goal is. But I think it is worth preventing a complete disaster that cannot be undone.
