Live nowhere near any of the hubs you should be worried
Are a band 6 with no staff you should be worried
Work in Connect you should be worried
Work in International you should be worried
Have no operational role you should be worried
Are not hitting your Sales target you should be worried
If AI can do 60% of your role you should be worried
So I guess there’s 2-3% of the company that can sleep soundly…

We literally just discontinued the HUM connect product. It’s a sign that anything connect related will go.
With the integration of satellite moving in, wireline will also start to see a depletion. We sold off 80% of towers and most network teams just reach out to the fiber providers to get things fixed.
Most customer service issues can be solved by ai just reading bills and issuing credits. If the automated system can’t then it will route to a third party person. Retail is already seeing this with programs that are already in place.
