What a coincidence. Check the career pages, it says that due to an upgrade the open jobs can’t be shown. Until Nov 13. When earnings will be published. Big LR and hiring freeze incoming

Cisco is not a good company
the jobs system will not be visible to the public until the 13th as the portal says, but recruiting will have access starting the 10th. everything is just moving to workday.
@he who accepts a migration that takes weeks of downtime? Ah ok got it we’re talking Cisco here
Calm down it's a system migration
Cisco is holding any job post, building suspense and creating 100+ more to post after the earnings on Nov 12. Notifications issued Nov 13, and that’s when everyone LRed would need to look for another job.
Just in time job posting, and Cisco taking credit for so many new jobs and justifying LR as just a refocus effort. Happens every cycle.
This is very strategic planning aided by AI to make it less stressful. Later G2 will make a great LinkedIn post that most of his followers with check-in.
@az pause, freeze, whatever you call it. There's plenty of b$ about this on internal pages. Glad they've streamlined the internal and external lies
Cisco is not a good company
There is no way, you can not fill these positions for months. There are opened for purpose for a long time. Ghost postings.
There's plenty of information about this on internal pages. All you have to do is look for it. It's not a freeze, it's a pause, and there are timelines. Please go read about it internally.
@af it’s obvious you’re full of s**t
@af: Thank you for sharing this info a week before earnings. And “before information is released”, are you asking to believe what Cisco says? They’ve been lying for years, about exec departures, Webex vulnerabilities, customers not buying because they’re busy installing etc. Your open reqs will remain open for a long time say hi to excessive overtime
No HR portal needs 20 days to transition - this is an effective hiring freeze
I mean at least in the Americas, we had a pretty good quarter. They’re also just migrating things over to a different platform, we still have reqs open in my department and will after this migration. Don’t fear monger before information is released especially if you don’t have any knowledge as to what’s going on
