We lost nearly half of our team in the last round. Do you think our workload decreased? Nope. We were told to make it work, to take on every leftover task as if we were suddenly twice the size, with no extra pay or support in sight. I am now praying to be among those affected whenever we have cuts again.

This company is heading to the bottom, get out while you can and get a better role at another company! There is no future at Dell.....
There is no sign dell is going to improve anytime soon, we had had over 5/6 years of cuts every 6mths..
If you value Job Security, this is not the place to work! This is a 6mth contract job at best, so treat the job like it treats you! With 0 Committment and Care! Stand up people to the bullying and BS!
Best way to get cut is just work 40 hrs a week and when they ask you why you haven’t completed all the tasks, just tell them that there wasn’t enough time in your work week… ? There’s no use ki-ling yourself when another 12k will get laid off next year.

if your work load truly doubled then you should consider your pay to work ratio... if you are NOT being compensated more then before something needs to change.... dell will keep pushing you until you break. a union may be a good option for your team to consider.
so you seem to have a lot of tasks than
ask yourself - are these essential to customer and company success ?
if not - you know
if yes - speak up to your management as that is what they need to hear
AI already know the answer as mgmt decisions show it's the first one - so find place that produces something DELL is selling or your fate is sealed
