@dz hundreds of leaders are being paid for their poor performance. You can’t be serious. Do as I say and not as I do. I would say a majority of employees have leaders that lack ethics and integrity. They are safe because…..well because they are who they are and HR will let it slide. Nike uses discrimination to build a case and lies to create fake “performance issues” and then get rid of people based on those fake claims.

If you are fired for cause, they won’t give you severance
Why would Nike continue to pay for bad performance?
they don't fire people, they just layoff and with a package, reason being, no litigation, they just buy you out..because they can, and a company this size, it makes more sense and cheaper in the long run
Difference between fired and position eliminated. If they eliminate your role you get a package. If you are just a bad worker you get fired and get nothing. It’s not hard to differentiate.
Don’t they tell you in the layoff meeting?
