Will Goodwill turn to negative equity in Q4

https://investors.xerox.com/news-releases/news-release-details/xerox-releases-third-quarter-results-1

It's a question, not a statement.

We know they skipped the Goodwill testing and put it off until Q4. We also know they are required to do it once a year, and they absolutely have to in Q4.

If I'm reading this thing right, the Goodwill far exceeds the Total Equity. I know a lot of the one time losses will be gone on the Q4 call, but still, the EV could go to 0 or negative.

Bruno was a politician, used word salads of corporate mumbo jumbo after a long speech I don’t think he knew what he said, the Audience absolutely has no idea what he said. Probably could not run a kids lemonade stand. Bla bla bla bla, tech powerhouse, technology stack, mix shift, reinvention, IT Sevices, technology driven - services led, buzz word after buzz word, BUT NO Business sense, not one little drop. Over his skis. Completely missed on the turnaround. Move on become CEO leaving Xerox to CH 11

Another reason why Bruno is such a mo--n. In the scheme of things, there really isn't that much short interest on XRX, it's just collapsing on its own. Shares are getting passed to new bag holders; from institutional to retail.

Big bux shorting XRX because it was so obvious. Bruno said he would prove the shorts wrong about a month before he quit. This is a team of sociopaths.

I do. I short failing companies with a combination of puts and short selling.

Well total equity is $370m. GW w/o $1.1B. If there is a tax benefit on it net incremental charge to equity $700m + other Q4 loss?
