What is the benefit for folks who were laid off and are over age 40?

If you are on a LOA when you're let go, the OWBPA notice period can not run concurrent. Once you finish your LOA, then 45 day notice period starts.
None. Same as everyone else, except you get 21 days to sign the agreement as opposed to 7.
