Now that the communication is out, looks likely that the people impacted is more than 1k, heard from 3 different people from Target India that they have 200 plus people impacted and with 900+ people on the 9AM call, we may have more than the 1k number announced earlier.

What is TII?
@a6 that says "Target will lay off 1,000 corporate employees and close 800 open roles", it doesn't say that there are 800 roles in TII. The way the article reads, it sounds like 1,000 people currently employed would be impacted across the company.
@OP as per the initial layoff news, should be 1,000 US and 800 TII.
