Let’s be honest. They don’t care about quality or people, only about cutting costs. If they can outsource us all, they will. The work will definitely suffer, but that won’t matter to them. As long as the numbers look good on paper, they’ll call it a success. That’s the sad truth of where we are now.

Also why things have been degrading up to this point.
Store experience suffering due to store staffing, at the same time WalMart has improved their store experience.

Inventory frustration also cost related which drives allot of guest frustration.
Why deal with the chance that’s something isn’t in stock when you can just order it from Amazon and be done with it.

So this will make it worse and they’ll continue to loose market share, but maybe the numbers look better for a quarter, but the next quarter is always just around the corner.
