Sadly, after 25 years of service and working everyday, I have been laid off. Business decision I was told. Upper management should not make that kind of money when the true lifeline of the company are being laid off. Shame on them!!!!
Outsourcing. Only one reason. They are looking for cheaper labor.
Part of it is if you listened to the all associate townhall and everyone should…healthcare costs are skyrocketing and 2026 is projected overall as a loss. We are pulling out of several Medicare and Medicaid markets for 2026. due to significant loss.
Gail Boudreaux will steal every penny she can from this company, while running it straight into the ground. The only way to sustain record profits is by slashing the workforce down to the bare minimum, which can be seen by anyone who’s worked here. There is no plot anymore, just preparation of golden parachutes for the executives and above. Paying these executives millions of dollars per year isn’t just corruption, it’s blatantly stealing from the members that are strong-armed into dealing with this sh---y company in the first place. No amount of name changes will help, this company is forever tainted.
